Off exploring
Mole Creek: a tiny little village. The only real point of interest are some caves: King Solomon's, and Marakoopa. Unfortunately, the weather as taken it's toll on Marakoopa, and caused a land slide that was made access difficult, so the caves are currently closed. So, we went to King Solomon's and and a guided tour to show us all the stalacmites and stalactite formations. Very pretty caves.
That afternoon, on our way to Cradle Valley, we took a little detour up a 12km dirt road to the top of a mountain, to a view point known as the Devil's Gullet. Awesome views from a little metal platform that's been bolted to the side of the cliff face. The wind is really strong up there too, which makes it all the more interesting!
