Since arriving in Toowoomba I have be having a relaxing time, just doing some local sight seeing and walking. There is moountain in Toowoomba called Table Top and it look interesting to climb, so one day Rob, myself and his 3 grandchildren set off. Well I didn't realise that it started straight up and over rocks. I was down on hands & knees making my way over the rocks. Asked Rob if was like this all the way, he said it gets worse!!!!!! That was enough for me, so I went 1/4 for the way and waited whilst the others went to the top. Have done some other bush walks around the area.

This week I went up to my brother-in-laws at Palmwoods which is just south of Nambour. It is a beautiful part of the country with the mountains and the sea. One day I went to Australia Zoo, and was very impressed as to how clean and tidy it is. On my way back to Toowoomba I went via the Glass House mountains they are spectacular.

The weather hasn't been all that kind of late, with fog and showers, but at leased I have managed to get out and about.

It is only 2 weeks now before I leave for Africa, so I'm getting quite excited. Trust all is well with you folk.
