Round Australia I go
From Lismore we travelled through a variety of country, from horse stud properties, canola fields (this really make a beautiful patch work of the countryside) coal mines & wineries, arriving in Lithgow mid afernoon. We stopped in Mudgee to have a look around, this is a very pretty town, old but well maintained and lovely with trees and flower beds. There was quite a bit of hill climbing so I had to take it easy.
Woke up to white frost all over ther ground. I have a cousin in Lithgow so we had the day with him and his wife. Another cold night with frost again this morning. Couldn't get water out of the taps. Rob & Marge opted for a cabin the last few nights. Will be pleased to move on down to the coast for some warmer weather.
