WIND, WIND,WIND AND MORE WIND. We arrived here on 4th Sept to a nice day. Big van spaces so Rob & Marge put the tent up behind the van. Next day it got a bit windy so I took down the awning of the van. That night it came in in gail force rocking the van. Poor R & M spent the night holding the tent up until one of the rods broke so at 4 a.m. they are pulling down the ten. That day they moved into a cabin, and it has been windy ever since. On the way here we stopped at Kiama a little sea side town. We used to come here to see the blow hole. Much to our surprise we saw it blow this time too as the sea was dead flat.
We have had a good look around the high land it really is a pretty place. Today we drove to Fitzrory Falls, Roberton, Bowral Moss Vale and back to Kangaroo Valley. Bowral tulip festival is on in 2 weeks, but the tulips are only just begining to come out. Managed to find all the old places, as I was born there. Rob remembers a lot more than me. These last 2 stops have been a real nostalgic trip and it has been great having Rob along as we can reminisce together.
