Day 1 Vancouver Because we have the car 2 more days we decided to make use of it and head on a 20 minute journey to grouse mountain and capilano suspension bridge which we did first. The bridge is set in a private park, and stretches 137m long, In other words just as long as 2 Boeing 747 airplanes wingtip to wingtip. And it's just as aerodynamic. The following day we didn't much, just wandered around town and went in the pool and jacuzzi at our inn. We were the only ones in it was nice! Banff national park Day 5 This morning was a 6am wake up so we could make the 2hr journey to Columbia ice fields where we were partaking in a glacier hike. Banff National park Day 4 Today we opted for a more relaxing vibe and went over towards Banff town to ride the gondola up sulphur mountain over looking the bow valley. It's named after the thermal springs that emanate from its base, this peak is a perfect viewing point. Banff National Park Day 3 Another early morning for us as we headed off to see Lake Moraine. The Lake is set in the valley of the ten peaks and it just simply dazzles you. In my opinion it is much nicer than Lake Louise as it is more remote so there is little hustle and bustle and lots of beauty.
