The following day we didn't much, just wandered around town and went in the pool and jacuzzi at our inn. We were the only ones in it was nice!

After a nice day resting we had our 12hr car journey from lake Louise to Vancouver. The drive was really nice going through the national parks and past all the mountains which got greener the further west we went. We came across some old hill billy towns, beautiful harbours and an old ice cream house with mini golf. So of course we stopped there had a game and a cone! That day we covered 800 miles. The car was very good to us, we filled up twice, it cost around £20 for s full tank. It's a great way to see the country rather than flying, it felt like we drove through 3 different country's the scenery changed so much. Only traffic we got stuck in was when we hit the outskirts of Vancouver. After setting off at 8am we arrived at 8pm struggling to find the car park for our flat but we rang up the owner and she came and got us. She showed us around the place and went. It's a great space with bathroom, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and like an indoor patio/balcony. We also got to use all the facilities to the Sheraton hotel which it is attached to. After a long tiring day we hit the hay pretty quickly excited about third and final leg of the trip! :(
