We are now in Fuzhou. It is said those who come here will have good luck and fortune! This is a lovely city and we have had really good weather reaching like 30'c We have seen temples, Old street markets and shops, where I bought some chopsticks - obviously! I have tried bubble tea which is very interesting... not sure whether I like it or not. Some other interesting observations about China - you can't put your seat belt on without offending your taxi driver ...

Hi All, The start of our China experience has started of well apart from we didn't like Beijing airport - big and confusing with long queues. Arrived in Shanghai on time! Whilst getting a taxi saw the tallest woman we've ever seen then had the crazy ride to the hotel. Stayed at Salvo hotel and it was very nice, we had a twin room with separate living area and spa bath. Everything in the room was traditional Chinese style (felt like we had gone back in time) S...
