Well a lot of sand has arrived in Lima with our group, its gets in places you didnt know you had! Since some fellow travellers are leaving our tour in Lima,in was a night out on the first night, boys v girls as we set each other challenges to complete before meeting for drinks to see who had one. We have now finally reach the west of South America, which means I saw the sea for the first time in months! Arequipa is such a lovely colonial town, full of churches, cathedrals and beautiful colourful buildings. One of my main attractions was its convent, which used to have hundreds of devoted nuns, but no there is just less than a 100, with ages ranging from 18 to 90 years old.
