Arrived in the very small town of Uyuni, based around the Salt Flats, in which will be spending 2 days on. 12,000 km of flat land totally salt, there are small villages on the edges of the Flat and one osland of cactus´, and that is all. All can see is white for miles and miles, very strange! Does wierd thingd to your skin, as the salt dries it out, the sun is beaming down on you, but you are wearing layers upon layers cause it is freezing! No win situation...

hello, currently about 4000 metres above sea level in a town called Potosi, whcih is one of the highest towns devloped at alttitude. Very quiant place and very South America, not commercial, and friendly and sometimes slightly strange locals, which seem to be totally unfazed by our big yellow truck invading this small town.
