Portobello Market day and Notting Hill (for you Gerri!)

...From Annie Lennox house to the Grenfell Tower: not a stone left unturned. Another amazing walk with Richard the 3rd!

We passed by the 25 million pound residence of Becs & Posh and sweetie, darling, sweetie: Edina Monsoons place in Holland Park! Almost expecting to see Pats n Eddy fall down the white front steps!

Most of these beautiful houses which used to hold one average middle upper class families now hold up to 15-18 seperate apartments! So, this tells you how blooming extravagant they were and still are to some! Elton still owns a full one here! In fact there are more celebrities here than anywhere in the world! (Apparently: Glenn, you'll prove me wrong...LOL)

All the Notting Hill locations were covered: the Bookshop, which is actually around the corner from Portobello Road, the whoopsie-daisy fence to the private garden and the fictional 'blue door' which is actually in a seperate suburb!

...then the amazing sights and sounds of the vibrant and delicious Portobello Road Market: a true experience for the delicious senses of sight, sound and smell!

All the while: the sun is shining! The sky is pure sparkling blue and the feeling of contentment and appreciation for this diverse city is growing!
