....well, I went into the Portrait Gallery expecting to stay for an hour (if I was lucky) and ended up coming out 3 1/2 hours later!
An absolute immersion in the history of London through portraits! All the important and influential portraits of all the monarchs with audio commentary which tells you all the intricacies of their lives, loves and tragedies!
I have added some of the amazing original portraits in photos!
All the galleries and museums are free in London! All these beautiful historical coups available to everyone to enjoy!
Wesley (my new mate from Florida) relaxed across from Trafalgar Square sipping coffee; in disbelief that it's almost time to bid this magical and majestic city goodbye...
