Ah!

Don't be fooled! I'm not really in Paris...or even Rome, yet! But! Thanks to QantASS and their wonderful loyalty program I'm flying over it on my way to London Heathrow to wait 3 hours (hopefully in a lounge perhaps) and then transfer back! To Rome! I'm the best advocate for the Frequent Flyers program ever hey QantASS!?

Must remember to load some movies or TV shows up on my phone next time as the "business class" on British Airways doesn't even have any passenger entertainment.

I'm resisting going for the in flight menu too fully! Gonna try some though as I'm not going to have my journey completely destroyed by the stomach problems. But, sadly, already declined the complimentary wine and spirits options! Grrrrrrrrr! At least I'm not sitting on the loo! (Yet). Touch wood!

Apologies for some negativity creeping in. But, do you blame me right now? But, this shows that all the planning in the world and all the excitement, no matter how far in advance can prepare you for what can happen randomly on your actual journey!

To look at it in a more positive light! Today my itinerary is: Greece to London 3.5 hours, includes a front row seat with good leg room. Some lemon sparkling water and mash and fresh rolls (and some sneaky beef cheek). Then I have 3 hours to relax in Business Class Lounge including (hopefully) shower and snacks in comfortable soft chairs (Greece, take note), followed by a 2.5 London to Rome direct flight with dinner!
