That's it, school's over... what happened last 4 months? I can't really put it into words how quickly time has gone, especially when you are rounded by great people. We had our last exams this week and last Wednesday was the closing ceremony at the university. After the closing ceremony we had a crazy Villa party, the one that broke all the limits... Thanks Joonas, Marre, Heta and Tiina for hosting us. Now everybody is moving along... some mates go home and some stay here, some mates travel around and some doesn't have even a clue where to go. But nevertheless it's time to say goodbyes to a lot of friends, those familiar faces I've got to know during this semester. I want to present my biggest thanks for each member of this semester, Cheers to Us!
Last week has also been quite small swell and I've been a little sick, so I haven't surf so much. But when I'm not surfing, I have time to do some other activities. So far I haven't spend time a single day at the beach without my board, but Tytti and I conquered Pandawa beach last friday so it was time to try sun bathing and it was good, thanks to the great company. Also last saturday was a time to try river rafting with Topi, Joel, Anna and Tytti. It was a great 2 hour rafting session with couple of fast sections also and some change for my routines again. Like I mentioned on my last post, my best friend Arttu arrived here and now we have 3 weeks of holiday ahead. First couple of days we have just been at Kuta and trying to plan some trips, I think we are going to conquer Gili Islands at least, maybe Lombok and Sumbawa also... And of course I have to put Arttu to the water with a board as soon as possible. But like always, the planning part has not been our strength, so we'll see what, where and when something is going to happen...
I've heard that there is some kind of hockey or kendo tournament going on, haven't seen any match so far. Maybe if Finland is in the finals we have to arrange some studio, but the quality and speed of the Internet streams is awful so it's not worth struggling. My return to Finland is still a bit open, because I haven't got any news about my job opportunities. If I don't get any job, it is cheaper for me to stay here . But with my laid back no worries -attitude, I don't stress... I just smile to the world and wait what happens. Peace Out!
