In the morning we went to Mount Cook village where we walked up part of the mountain. There were loads of rocks and massive steps so wasn't easy! The views at the top were amazing though. Drove next to Lake Pukaki on the way to the village of Lake Tekapo where we stopped for lunch. There are so many lakes here in New Zealand and they are massive! Was so nice to be able to sleep in a proper bed last night! It wasn't bad but the guy underneath me kept moving a lot which meant the bed rocked as I'm sleeping on the top of a bunk bed! Went to a shopping centre, Westfield, outside the city centre. Yep, they even have a Westfield in NZ! This is more like it!
