3rd to 6th September - Edinburgh What better way to end my 7 weeks of travelling than Edinburgh? And to top it off I was there for the end of the International Festival. Friday night included a walk into town, then fish and chips while standing in line to get last minute tickets to Nikolais Dance Theatre. The dance theatre was very unusual indeed. Dance set to music, both of which were a little out of this world. However I did find some of it very creative, artistic and clever. The rest, hmmm, lets just say eye-opening. Daniela was up in Edinburgh too, so we met up and she booked into the Youth Hostel were I was staying so we could go out and enjoy ourselves on Saturday. So we explored Edinburgh via the City Sightseeing bus, visited the Tourist Info centre to plan more travel, ate at yummy restaurants and finished the night at 'Clever d*** ' bar/pub. It wasn't too late a night, as I'd booked a one day tour of the Scottish Highlands and Loch Ness for Sunday. Oh, this tour was fantastic!
