Just thought id update you all on a few things that I’ve done over the last few months.... First off I’ve recovered from my injuries from the dickhead who punched me in Melb. Went back and saw the docs few days before I left cos it’s still hurting but they said it’ll be like that for a few months yet, not ideal but at least I know its all ok and normal and my eye sight is ok which is the main thing. I am in love with Melbourne and so wana live there - it’s such a cool city. Apart from the grand prix when I first got there they had so many other random events on. Got to see a few AFL (footy) games at the MCG and also Telstra dome. Melb/Victoria is the home of AFL with about 10 I think out of 16 teams in the league coming from that state! Those on facebook will have seen my ocean road pics, with the round the twist lighthouse on, the Phillip island pics where we saw penguins which was a well cool day and also Ballarat where we saw gold mines etc. All cool days and defo worth seeing. Was thinking of going to Tazzie for a week but weighed up it'd cost me loads and also my housemate Laura recommended it I thought I could see nice sights for cheaper in NZ and used the money for a 14 day tour from Adelaide to to Darwin, from bottom to top straight through the centre. So I finished work on the Friday (pretty sad to leave cos I loved the city and the job was cool with some English and Irish there) and then got the train back to Sydney for a few days on the Monday.
