A little bit slow this morning, as was to be expected. Headed out to Prague Castle by tram as didn't feel lively enough to tackle the hill on foot. Had a bit of a look around, again a few too many tourists but lovely view over the city from the hill. Walked down the hill (glad we didn't walk up) and caught tram into new town but got ourselves a bit lost. It makes it very hard when the maps are so small and you need your glasses to read it, but it's still too smal...

Headed off for the tourist trek on the tram. Got off at Charles Bridge and walked across. I now know why Lonely Planet says to do it early in the morning. We could not believe the amount of people, it was quite scary. Once we got into the old town it didn't get any better. I guess we've been spoilt as apart from Berlin there hasn't been that many people. Walked around and looked at all the sights, really nice place. Only bad bit was in the back of the Jewish Quar...

Left Karlovy Vary and headed straight for Prague. Decided to go the slow route as had plenty of time. A good decision as the scenery was great. Even saw lots of hops farms, culminating in a huge brewery. Probably should have stopped but only thought about it afterwards. Arrived Prague and found apartment. Gee, we are doing so well with our accommodation. It is huge and in a really great spot, secure parking around the corner and to top it off it overlooks a court...
