Walked downtown to R & R Sports this am before we headed out. Queenstown is a young, bustling city. Stopped at Gibbston Valley Cheesery and bought a variety of cheeses and a couple of fresh baquettes. Picnic lunch at Gorge Creek and enjoyed the warm sunny day. Stopped in Milton for coffee (worst yet!) and bought fresh pork chops for supper at a local butcher shop (not the greatest either). Drive to Dunedin was uneventful, beutiful scenery along the way. Stopped for the night at Dunedin Top 10 Holiday Park. Sarah and Peter hooked up with Wayne, a friend they worked with at Panorama and were treated to a 5 star tour of Dunedin. Tour included a drive up and down the steepest street in the world-Baldwin Street. Steve was happy he wasn't along for the ride especially after Pete said it felt like the truck was going to tip over backwards! Wayne even sent them home with fresh fish- blue cod and trout! Can't wait for our next BBQ. They kept us up for an hour talking about the awesome tour. Another day of 3 great f's-family, food and fun!
