Sunday 23rd October - spent the day in San Francisco, hired bikes and cycled across the Golden Gate bridge and then on to Salsalido. As the ride was mostly flat Dai decided we should go up what looked like a short hill but it must have been over a mile long. The ride took us around 5 hours in total, a long time of cycling without cycling shorts!!
Leaving the coast tomorrow and heading back in land.

Yes, I was checking the results and saw it, its a shame he seemed as though he was going to be really good in the next couple of years.
