From the Tioman Islands it was back to reality!! (Although in fairness our reality at the moment is pretty sweet so we aren't really complaining!!!) We were getting the overnight bus up towards the Perhentian Islands....and it was a very bumpy bus ride...we still aren't entirely sure if this was just bad driving or bad roads, or what is most likely both!! So we alighted the bus at 6am with sore necks, but looking forward to the Big Island.

The journey was totally worth it....we spent 2 days doing some amazing snorkelling, def some of the best we have done so far this trip! Over the 2 days we found nemo many times, saw the biggest fish we have ever seen in real life, saw a school of reef sharks, saw a ray and loads of other colourful fish and the highlight of it all...saw and swam with some turtles!! The ones here were much bigger than the ones we had seen in Belize, yet moved so gracefully through the water....brilliant!!!

Apart from that it was pretty much a case of get out of the sun and relax on either our porch or on the sun loungers....bliss!!!
