After a ten hour bus journey from the falls we landed at 8am tired and a little grumpy (well I was). We had to get short taxi to the backpackers Hostel which was not as easy as it should be because there was no sign outside the hostel it just looked like a house.

Anyway we checked in had a nap then went out into the town for something to eat. The city looked very European we wondered round the centre and round the historical centre which had loads of cool coffee shops.

I went searching for clippers because my beard was in serious need of a trim, some say it had a ginger twinge to it but I disagree. After finding out clippers were to expensive I went into barbers where a sound guy shaved me for free, I instantly looked ten years younger. We went back to the hostel and bumped into some boring sack couple who love Uruguay we meet at the falls. In the evening I went for a run which involved a lot of up hill action and that was the night.

The next day we was back into the hostel and I looked like a big fight was going on between the students that lived they'd but it turns out they were all drama students practising for a play, we soon learned that goes on a lot round here. Later that day I was In the front room and two students were acting out a seen outside screaming and shouting at each other like they always do, one enters the room pretends to read the girl comes to the window they start kissing he pulls her into the room. They start going for it and loads of people enter the room clapping this was quiet awkward as I'm just in a towel.

In the evening we went and had a few beers at a skate park which was cool it was a nice evening and the skaters had skills.

Well that was Curitiba next stop is Ilha do Mel whichever small peaceful island three hours away by bus.
