We left Airlie Beach at 7pm Tuesday night to catch the bus to Hervey Bay. A 13 hour journey which wasn't too bad, we watched a couple of films then fell asleep for a few hours before arriving in Hervey Bay. We were hoping this bus ride wouldn't be like the last -breaking down for 3.5 hours in the mid day heat,however this time our driver decided to get pulled over by the police for speeding. Rather funny! We got to our hostel at about 8 this morning, it's a really nice place. Free breakfast :) wifi, lovely pool and again we have a private room with an ensuite. We just chilled out in the pool all afternoon and we are now included again in an all you can eat pizza night! Tomorrow we have booked a day trip to Fraser Island (champagne and beer included) sounds like its going to be a fun day out! Love to all x
