We arrived in Fiji on Sunday 11th March in the afternoon. We had a shuttle booked and were transferred to our hotel in Nadi Bay. We stayed at the Nadi Bay Resort Hotel for one night before ferrying to the islands the next morning. Everyone seemed really happy and friendly. We have one more day left in New Zealand then we fly to Fiji on Sunday. I must say I am looking forward to a bit of sun! It has been fairly good weather here but its autumn now so temperatures only get up to about 18c. We went to Hanmer Springs today to visit the thermal hot pools. We had two flights to take us from Australia to Christchurch. The first from Melbourne to Sydney was 1 1/2 long and we even got continental breakfast. We got there 10 mins late to Sydney and had only 50 mins to go to another terminal to get on our flight to Christchurch.
