Today we went to the shark museum / exhibition. It's owned by a guy called Vic Hislop, he is quite famous in this part of Australia, up until 2001 he held the guiness world record for catching the biggest great white shark. We went to his expo and had a look around, he had a large freezer with the biggest Great White Shark he had ever caught preserved inside. It's 22 foot long. We left Airlie Beach at 7pm Tuesday night to catch the bus to Hervey Bay. A 13 hour journey which wasn't too bad, we watched a couple of films then fell asleep for a few hours before arriving in Hervey Bay. We were hoping this bus ride wouldn't be like the last -breaking down for 3.5 hours in the mid day heat,however this time our driver decided to get pulled over by the police for speeding.
