We spent most of today with the travel agent, booking the two weeks after we leave Munich. (S) Good morning London! Today was full of traditional London sightseeing from the Changing of the Guard to a walk down the river Thames and a tour of the tower of London. (S) On the was to Mandy and Andy's house, we stopped in Rushden to see where my Nana and Gramps grew up and where my mum lived for the first three years of her life. We started at the church where Nana and Gramps got married and then went on to see the house Nana grew up in and later started a family with Gramps in. (T) Our family tour guides, Pete and Carol, took us on an adventure into Wales. Through the streets of the Wirral and onto the motorway towards North Wales, this was to be a day to remember experiencing a part of the world we hadn't even planned on visiting!
