This morning we had one of our earliest starts of our holiday as the train to Dresden was leaving at 7:35am, fortunately we were only a 15 min walk from the station. Todays train would take about 7hrs and required one change in Wroclaw and then onto Dresden.
We had our own 6 berth cabin on the first leg of the trip which can often happen o…
We have now crossed over the halfway point of our trip and have visited 7 countries, 2 pricipalities and explored 37 cities & towns along the way.
We're having an incredible time and eagerly look forward to new items appearing on our message board. It's great to know that many of you are enjoying staying up to date with our adventure. We have much to see and do in the final 4 weeks with 7 more countries on our hit list, obviously we won't have time to explore them in the same de…

We have much to see and do in the final 4 weeks with 7 more countries on our hit list, obviously we won't have time to explore them in the same detail as Italy, France and the UK. Exploring Eastern Europe in more depth may have to be a future trip.

Considering whre you have been & what you have both accomplished over the past 10 weeks I am amazed that you are still 'running' altho' I m guessing it is almost on empty now. I agree with Ann - you are both starting to look tired and it is very difficult with constant moving but well done to you both. Look after yourselves my darlings and looking forward to having you back home

Having been to Auschwitz I fully understand the effect it can have on you. Our tour guide remained silent for nearly an hour once we reboarded our coach as everyone of us was affected one way or another and it allowed each & everyone time to absorb the incredible visions imprinted in our minds. I think the way these camps have been preserved is a wonderful thing - not to hark back to those dreadful times but just to tell the story.

I have caught up on all your blogs after Dad and mine O/S trip (Tassie was great!) You are having such an amazing trip, I think I might have to get used to you being away more often so you can revisit all your favorite places and of course the ones that you will run out of time to visit.
I would love to stay at the camping ground you are staying at, it sounds amazing! (Just a little bit more to offer than Phillip Island!!!)
Keep having funXXXX

Having done the Cinque Terra walk I'm guessing Tim you will never complain how tough footy training is!! Amazing photos yet again and it is a pity about your lovely camera. Hope you can get another one reasonably priced to keep up with your wonderful travel photo catalogue. I am truly amazed at how few people seem to be around - either walking 'through' your photos or generally getting in the way in most of your most populated destinations. I know you can cull but even so it is incredible that you have managed it so far. Keep up the great work Love & missing you heaps - altho' I have heard more from you since you have been away than when you are here!!!!
Kat Yuuuuummmmmmyyyyy, I hope you saved me some :P
