After a very pleasant 1hour flight from siem reap to Bangkok, enjoying a delicious rare beef salad & iced cappuccino, spraying lots of perfume which I've missed & keeping nice and cool in the air conditioned airport, I arrived in Bangkok! The lights & the city looked beautiful whilst flying in at 8pm! We stayed on Khao San Road, the hectic party road, in the D & D Inn where a few friends were staying who we met along the way! It's a fun place with lots of travellers having a good time! We had a roof top pool & bar which was lovely & refreshing! We dressed up to go to the Sky Bar which is a very posh bar up 64floors where they filmed The Hangover2! So exciting knowing Bradley Cooper had been in the building! I had 1 tropical martini which cost around £20! Hence only 1! On the rooftop bar outside the views were breathtaking, the pictures we took don't do it justice!! It was spectacular & well worth the visit! We've spent 3nights in Bangkok, it's been a good start to Thailand! Enjoying the parties in Khao San Road, Sky Bar, nice people & delicious curries, my favourite meal! Flying up to Northern Thailand today, Chiang Mai!
