Pai District, Northern Thailand = one of the best places on earth! I loved it here, it's so relaxing, peaceful & beautiful! Pai is a fairly small place surrounded by luscious mountains & greenery. We stayed in a quiet spot and the brother & sister, Ben & Jaae, who ran the guesthouse were so friendly, joyful, helpful & generous making our stay in Pai great! We stayed 4nights to enjoy the relaxation & views. We hired mopeds again, taking trips to a beautiful waterfall where I built up the courage to slide down several stages of the waterfall, which was great fun! We went to the lookout which has stunning views whilst enjoying a nice pot of green tea. We also went to the canyon which was a great view too, we walked round it on a narrow path which was daunting at times! I managed to find a couple of cheap dresses here that I needed as I only bought one & they'll be useful on the islands! I tried lots of local street food here too, pad thai, spring rolls, mango sticky rice! Delicious! We took some lovely walks around Pai too, taking in the scenery, it's so beautiful here :-)
