Arrived yesterday morning back in Hanoi, this time for the last time though. Didn't really do much yesterday as I've already done the tourist bits, so I just went back to my favourite bakery and went for a massage and got my nails done.

Had dinner with some people in my dorm and then had some drinks in my hostel. Tara and Natalie (from Phong Nha) came and met me for a drink and we ended up going out to a really cool bar and then onto a club. The club was full of trendy young Vietnamese people. Got talking to a group who said they were at uni here in Hanoi. They were obsessed with us, taking photos and dancing with us. The music was decent and we were having a right good dance, before the police showed up at 12:30am and shut the place down. Was still such a good night and a great way to spend my last one in Vietnam.

So I've gone flashbacker and decided to fly to Laos, instead of getting the famous "death bus" over. So I'm currently at the airport waiting for my flight, reflecting on my fabulous 4 weeks here in Vietnam.

It's honestly been an amazing time, I've done so much and met so many lovely people. It's been so different to anywhere else I've been, the south is so incredibly friendly, there's been no tuk tuks and they really do were those hats! The north has been super cold though, so as much as I've loved my time here, I'm excited to be heading to some sun!

Laos here I come!!!!
