Today we had a lie in! We got up at a much more leisurely pace and went to find some breakfast. Once breakfast had settled we decided to go for a walk down the strip to the Las Vegas sign. The walk was about a mile and a half but in 40C heat it felt more like 5 miles.

We made it to the sign and on the way back we stopped at the Harley Davidson showroom which has a cafe attached. We stopped for a cold drink which we were in desperate need of. And to look at the motorbikes of course!

Once we were back to the hotel we went for a swim in one of the many pools at the hotel. The weather was amazing today and the pool was lush. It was nice to stop and sit in the sun.

When the pool closed we went to find some tea and tried our luck in the casino. Turns out neither of us are very good at gambling. Although we did both win a few dollars back on poker.

Tomorrow will be the last leg of our epic road trip. Sad times. However, looking forward to Los Angeles!
