This morning we had a lie in and found breakfast at the diner we had been to last night. By the time we got to the diner though they had stopped serving breakfast and were on the lunch menu; I had a chicken salad with cheese, croutons and mayo (still probably the healthiest thing I've eaten all honeymoon though!), and Andy had a triple decker club sandwich.
Once we had finished our breakfast/lunch we started our relatively short trip for the day - about 120 miles.
We travelled through Joseph City and found the Jackrabbit trading post where we stopped to do a bit of shopping.
We continued our trip and stopped at Winslow, here the historic downtown is still thriving. There are loads of shops and cafes down the old Main Street. We stopped, took a lot of pictures and did some more shopping.
Continuing our journey we briefly stopped off at a meteor crater which is 6 miles wide! Then on to Winona and Flagstaff, where the thunder, lightening and rain started again and pursued us into our stop for the night at Williams. Just time to squeeze in a meal out and a swim in the pool before bed!
