London Day 11

Not much to share today. We left Manchester on the 11:00 AM train and arrived in London about 1:00 PM. The ride was relaxing. After waiting in line to get our Tube passes, it was a quick trip to our flat we arranged through Airbnb. We think we picked a good one. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat in the Pimlico neighborhood of London. The kids see happy because there is good wifi. Amy and I are happy because it is big and quiet and we have a kitchen. The Tate Britain Art Museum was close by, so Amy and I walked over there while the kids hung out in the flat and enjoyed the good wifi. We all needed a break from each other and the kids just needed a break. The Tate Britain is a nice museum with some of my favorite paintings. There was a group of painters from mid-Nineteenth century Britain called the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood and a number of their paintings are on display at the Tate. After the museum we picked up groceries, had a spaghetti dinner in our flat and called it a night.
