Here in San Deigo we stayed with my mums cousin Marleen and her Husband Ken. I had never meet either of them but they were extremely inviting and made us all feel like we were at home. Marleen treated us like Queens. She cooked us home cooked meals that we had only dreamed about it the van. Slow start today.  Decided to head to Joshua Tree National Park. Driving along we kept seeing these cabbage like trees. They were everywhere.  When we finally got the the park we found out that these were in fact Joshua Trees, and the reason people come. Meet our neighbours at the campground. A really lovely couple from San Diego. We then headed off to meet Georgia, Rebecca, Kirstie and Remai. It wasn't long before we realised our mistake. Up early as we were woken by everyone going to the Starbucks near us for early morning coffees.  We went there for a drink, teeth brushing, undie changing and much needed WiFi.
