Dropped of Harold Henry Ford the conquer (our van). Over the last 28 days we travelled 5000 miles, visited 11 national parks, survived Las Vegas (or not) and learnt how little room you need to survive. An experience I will never forget but I am happy to never have to share a double bed with two other people.
Headed to Seattle. Again with booking the cheapest accomadation we ended up in a not so favorable neighbourhood. Woke up one morning to 7 cars broken into, one with its window smashed it. All adding to the experience I suppose.
Went downtown to soak up Seattle's atmosphere. Found the weirdest attraction so far. A wall of bubblegum. It was literally everywhere, YUK. Visited Pike Place market where when someone orders a fish they do a song and dance then literally chuck it over the counter, and tried crab cocktails at the crab pot on the wharf.
Quick visit for our last American city but enjoyable one. Now we are off to see what Canada has to offer. We have meet some great Americans, found them all very helpful (except one) and experience what eating too much fast food feels like. One area of the world ticked off the bucket list, with many great adventures and memories.
