After visiting cafe 43 last night and having a lovely welcome and great food we returned at lunch time today for a cooking lesson. We chose three dishes from their menu and were shown how to cook them. We must say they turned out rather well, we ate them for our lunch. We took plenty of notes, and are sure you will be trying them next year!! We also popped in to a couple of tailers upon reccomendation from friends and family and placed our orders. Unfortunately there is only so much you can get in to a suit case!
