Today we headed just up the road to Denmark to check out the local attractions. Denmark is a very pretty town. We dropped the caravan off and headed out of town to check out Elephant Rocks. What a pretty spot this is. Big rocks that look like elephants stick up out of the ocean. The kids had a ball playing around this area. A short walk away is an area called Green Pool. This is an ocean pool that is protected by the coast. It is dead calm and the water is a beautiful green colour. It's a great place to snorkel but the weather wasn't kind enough for us today. On the way back to Denmark we stopped at the Swiss Chocolate Factory. We got to taste test various chocolates they make there. A great spot to stop and have a cuppa as well. We then went back to Denmark to have lunch, collect the van and head west stopping at the Demark Animal Farm. This is an Alpaca Stud but they have all sorts of animals such as koalas, kangaroos, guini pigs, donkey's, ducks, rabibits, ferrets, cattle, sheep and dogs you can get up close to, pat and feed. All the the kids got to feed joey kangaroos, lambs, goats and alpacas. They had a great time here. We then headed to a farm stay about 30km east of Walpole. We camped there in a paddock which was pretty cool.
