We left the Bungle Bungle Ranges and headed to Kununurra. Kununurra has a population of around 7,500 people. It has only been around since 1961 and was formed due to the construction of the Ord Irrigation Scheme. We arrived in Halls Creek around lunch and toped up with diesel and supplies. It seemed to have a bit better feel to it than Fitzroy Crossing.
