After our great morning we headed south to a little fishing town called Tin Can Bay. We checked into a Top Tourist caravan park. The plan now is to have a relaxing afternoon. In the morning we have to be up early again. This time we are heading just down to the Tin Can Boat ramp to feed dolphins.

We organised a surprise for the kids today, but we wouldn't tell them what it was. It was driving them nuts! We spent the morning at the caravan park swimming and catching up on washing and cleaning. Bundaberg is a great area. The country side is pretty, the weather is great and it's located on a river you can water ski on. It is also close to the beach and fresh seafood is abundant. An early start and straight into Bundaberg to the tourist information centre. There we worked out what we were going to do for the day. From the information centre we headed to Bundaberg Rum Distillery for a factory tour. Bundaberg Rum was started in the exact location it is today back in 1888. The tour was really interesting.
