From St George we thought we would save some time to get to Mitchell. Instead of going through Roma on the highway we took a secondary road. We left our great hosts Tom & Donna at Copeton Dam early Sunday morning. We filled our water tanks in Inverell before making our way to Moree. We were very surprised at how much cropping is done in this area. Moving north through Mungindi, Thallon to St George is really interesting.
