This morning we explored Lytham before moving on to Scotland and finding Caerlaverock Castle, which was absolutely wonderful!!

For our accommodation we found Balbeg, a magnificent old hunting lodge on the Wolsey Lodge list, just south of Straiton.

Dinner was at the Black Boar Inn, Straiton
