Colleen & Tom's Explorations
After brekky we packed the car and left at about 9.30am, driving on motorway after motorway to East Bergholt and Flatford Mill. We were very lucky - it was the last day the National Trust shop was open until April, and we found that we could walk around the whole area for free - we actually saw where John Constable painted The Haywain from - the house is still there!!! There were ducks and geese everywhere. It was really magical.
After that we drove to the airport at Heathrow. Tom dropped the luggage, Jess and I off, then went back to the car depot with Shannon. When they came back we had a burger for dinner, did some shopping (books, perfume and chocolate) and rang mum and our little girls. The duty free shopping area was HUGE!!
We then boarded our plane (at about 9.30pm), and departed London.
