Today we had another early start. We rang home from Callendar, but our girls were in bed. My mum and Elisha were there too. We were amazed to find that the mountains around Monachyle Mhor had a light dusting of snow on their tops this morning. After arriving in Edinburgh, we went straight to Grange Cemetery. After combing 3/4 of it, Shannon found our Watts!! I also found Jane Baptie Robertson's headstone, and that of William Gilchrist Watt. We went off happily ...

Today we went out to Glenuig, where Tom's McDonald family came from. It was wild and isolated, and beautiful. We then drove over the other side of the country to Errol to see where his ******* family originated, finally returning to Edinburgh where we stayed in the gorgeous Ellersly House Hotel.
