This morning we docked in Trondheim. The port is a little way from the city so there were shuttle buses. We docked in Alesund (pronounced Or-le-soond) this morning, so after breakfast Tom and I walked around the streets, looking for the post office, which was unsuccessful. We awoke and found we were travelling down a fjord this morning. We stayed in a junction of a fjord with two tugs keeping us stationery - the fjord is too deep for anchors - whilst the passengers booked on the overland trip disembarked. We were motoring toward Stavanger when we awoke this morning - after the best night's sleep since we left home. It was a little rough last night, but only a little.
