I wasnt going to leave another blog today, but thought better of it because I have had quite a productive day...

I was rudely awoken by one of the guys in my dorm, he decided it was a good idea to bring a complete stranger back with him, and well, you can kind of guess what happened next! I was fuming and I made it quite clear that it annoyed me.. So much so, that Ive just moved dorms! Oops!

I met Tammy at lunchtime and had a walk through town, found a lovely market and bought a couple of bargain dresses!

We walked down to the lagoon (man made) and looked out to sea, only to see that there was no sea for miles out - just a sandy beach. Strange!

We stopped at an Irish pub for some lunch and then made our way back to the hostel so that I could move my things to the other dorm.

I stopped off at the information centre on the way back and decided Id treat myself to a day trip to Cape Tribulation - tomorrow! I am so excited! The tour picks me up at 07:30 and takes me further up the east coast, and drops me back at 18:30. I wont tell you too much about it, I'll tell you all tomorrow...

Anyway, so I get back to the hostel, get into the lift and the lift decides to get stuck, with me and three guys in, for AN HOUR! I couldnt believe my luck! We were stuck somewhere between the 1st and 2nd floor! I have never been so terrified in all of my life! Visions of the lift in the film 'speed' kept flashing through my mind and I just wanted to get out! Drama over now, Im fine, I know now to take the stairs in future!

Im meeting up with Tammy in a couple of hours, going to go accross the road to a nightclub for a few drinks and a dance. Tammy is leaving on a two week tour down the east coast tomorrow - who knows I might see her again somewhere!
