We have just stopped for lunch. Ive just had the 'famous fish and chips'. We still have twenty minutes here at Cardwell (somewhere between Mission Beach and Airlie Beach).

The views here, onto the beach are amazing! The sun is shining!

We are now two hours into the nine hour bus journey. The time has gone quite quickly, but then ask me that again in a few hours time!

I went to the information office this morning in Mission Beach and booked one night at The Beaches Hostel in Airlie Beach - they have arranged for me to be picked up from the bus stop when I get there.

My legs, tummy and chest are hurting alot now, Im going to re-aftersun it before I get on the bus again. Oh and to top it all off, as I was walking down the stairs to get off of the bus - I fell down the last two steps and landed flat on my face - I didnt know whether to laugh or cry! Everyone ran over to me and helped me up - I cant complain though - it doesnt hurt as much as my legs do! Ouch! But I do have a 'sexy' cut on my right knee...
