Have now finished my tour of the south island! Visited the 2nd wettest place on earth on Thursday, Milford Sounds and yes it was raining! haha. Was up at stupid o'clock to catch the tour bus on the 4 hour drive to Milford via Te Anau, as well as the chasm along the Milford Road buried deep in temperate rainforest.
