Well was up early yesterday morning to go swimming with Duaky Dolphins!! was amazing got the boat from Kaikoura town centre and went out to where pods of then were swimming guide said there was a couple of hundred there! Water was freezing but the dolphins swimming all around me certainly made up for that! 

Once back on dry land and warmed up a bit was time to get in car and drive upto Blenheim. Headed for Renwick in the heart of the vineyards but with it being easter weekend everywhere was full so found a motel in Blenheim itself and settled down fr the night with a dinner of fish which he boys had freshly caught that morning!

Had a long lie this morning before getting our hired bikes ad heading off around the vineyards! Sadly with it being good Friday they were all closed! Everywhere here seems to close for good Friday! So we just cycled around in a loop making our way back to the motel!

Heading to Greymouth tomorrow and then onto the Franz Josef glacier for the next few days!!
