Have now finished my tour of the south island! Visited the 2nd wettest place on earth on Thursday, Milford Sounds and yes it was raining! haha. Was up at stupid o'clock to catch the tour bus on the 4 hour drive to Milford via Te Anau, as well as the chasm along the Milford Road buried deep in temperate rainforest. Have now recovered from my birthday and am writing this from Queenstown! The Friday after my bday didn't get anymore productive than McDs and a great Mexican that night! My birthday!!! Had an amazing birthday! It started with rich, tom and mel in Hanner Springs where I was brought breakfast in bed before geting my bday cake and chocolates! We then drove the 90km to Christchurch where we dropped the car off and made our way to our hostel in the centre.
