Day 27

The original plan was to travel North to Darwin from Perth but given all the rain they are still receiving in the North of Australia we have decided to head back towards Sydney with the possibility of flying up to Darwin later in May when hopefully the 'wet' is over.

So, travelled west from Perth through the Wheatbelt and stopped at Wave Rock near Hyden, pictured here. Then travelled via unsealed road up to Kalgoorlie, passing a convoy of what looked like absolutely huge agricultural sprayers.
