Day 26 After 8000km, since we departed Sydney, we left the car in to get serviced and caught the train into Perth. Went on a walking tour of the city, seeing all the main buildings and areas. Nice city, pretty compact and relaxed feel about it and the Swan river and Kings Park Gardens are picturesque. Day 24 Margaret River to Perth. Stopped in the morning at Margaret River township and pottered around for a while. Nice little place which has just won an Appeal against a proposed mine in the area which I guess wouldn't be good for it's main industry, tourism for it's wine industry.
